Tim gave us a call yesterday evening. He was looking for a computer repair service to fix his wife’s Macbook screen. Apparently, his youngest son had been playing a little too closely to mom’s computer. Sure enough, a toy truck found its way speeding towards the nearby office desk and the rest is history.

Jodi, the now not-so-happy mother and owner of a Macbook with a broken screen, did several Google searches looking for help. She wanted a company that was local and could get the job done sooner rather than later. After several unsuccessful attempts, she decided to add “San Diego” into the equation. After finding our site and glancing through several of our pages, she handed the phone to Tim. We set up a time to meet and were able to get her screen looking brand spanking new again. Glad we could help. Look out for those trucks!

Susie gave us a call today. She just got a puppy, and loves him to death. Everything was going great until he hopped up onto her lap and knocked her Macbook off her lap and onto the floor. She was mad initially but couldn’t stay mad at her adorable pup.

She thought her life was over when she found out how much the repair would be. But her life greatly improved when she saw one of our flyers on campus. She gave us a call and we scheduled the repair for later today. We met her at Geisel Library on the campus of UCSD. Her Macbook was repaired in 20 minutes.

Shari tweeted her daughter had broken the screen on her laptop. Because we constantly check Twitter to see if people have said anything about breaking or cracking their screens, her tweet popped up. We tweeted in response offering our assistance.

We met her daughter, Emily, several hours later at the Corner Bakery at Irvine Spectrum Mall in Irvine. She was a high school student that was in need of a fast repair – college applications were due soon.

So if you are on Twitter, do a search for CrackedMacScreen.com and follow all of the Repair Team. Either way, if you break your screen and you tweet about, we’ll find you [insert suspenseful sound effect here]!

John gave us a call last weekend from San Diego State University. He had broken his screen after a late night at college, and was desperate to get it fixed. He had poured over different services online and liked the fact that if he was to break his screen again, we would only charge $100.

We agreed to meet at the library at SDSU today. His Macbook was repaired in about 25 minutes, and he couldn’t have been happier.

Andrew, a UCSD sophomore, called us this weekend saying that he had a mishap with his newly acquired Macbook. He had broken the screen on his Mac and needed an LCD replacement. Apparently, a textbook had mysteriously taken flight and quickly zeroed in on his Macbook and cracked the monitor. He denied to comment on this phenomenon, but mentioned a small argument with his roommate may have occurred shortly before. We arranged a time to meet outside of Geisel Library on Monday evening, and in less than an hour Andrew walked away with his cracked Macbook repaired.
