Little bits of glass falling out of your screen are never a good sign…

Ben called up the Ship-In Program line on Monday night about the incredibly cracked glass on his 2.53 Ghz 15-inch Macbook Pro Unibody. He had no idea how it ended up as broken as it was, but he needed it fixed (obviously!). He wanted to do the Ship-In Program, and we set it up.
He was overnighted a box on Tuesday, he received it on Wednesday and overnighted it back to us, we received it on Thursday, and he had it back on Friday. Did we mention that the three-way overnight shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is free?

If your daughter breaks the screen of your first laptop, she’ll probably break the screen of the next one…

Zeta’s daughter broke the screen of her 13-inch white Macbook, so Zeta let her use her Sony laptop. Her daughter promptly broke the screen of that one too, which obviously didn’t make Zeta very happy. This happened a few months ago, and Zeta finally was fed up with not having a computer to use, so she walked into the King of Prussia Mall and saw our ad. She called us up, we explained the process, and scheduled the repair for today.
We met her at her office in Roxborough and her Macbook was repaired in about 30 minutes. We’ll be replacing the screen on her Sony laptop next week!

MACBOOKS BEWARE! 2 year-old on the loose who likes to smack computers with pieces of wood!

For whatever reason, Mike’s son thought it would be a good idea to take a piece of wood and slam it down on the back of Mike’s wife’s 13-inch white Macbook. Immediately, Mike knew that something was wrong. He opened up the screen, and it the right side of the screen was destroyed. Mike hopped on Google using their desktop computer, and found our site. He told his wife about it, and she said that they could wait.
A week later, after bringing it to the Apple Store and having them tell him that it would take 10 days to repair at a cost of $475, he told his wife about us again. She said “Wait, so they would come to our house and it would be fixed today? And for only $299? Well call them up!”
We drove out to Mike’s house and his Macbook was in perfect working order in only 25 minutes.

If you have a red front door and no street address numbers on your house, telling us about the red door will help us the most….

Steve had called us a few weeks ago after bringing his white Macbook to the King of Prussia Mall to see if it could be fixed for not a lot of money. After he was told how much it would be (nearly $600), he walked out of the store and saw our 4×8 ad. We explained the repair process and that our repair is only $299, which he loved. He told us he’d call us back when he was ready.
So he called us tonight and wanted to get the repair done tonight. He lives in Northeast Philadelphia, and he didn’t have any numbers on the outside of his house. Luckily, he had a big red front door and he told us about it, or else we wouldn’t have ever been able to find it!

We can probably tell that we are fixing your teenage daughter’s Macbook after we start it up…

Debbie’s daughter had a major problem. She is graduating from college in a few weeks and she just so happened to break the screen on her white 13-inch Macbook. She absolutely NEEDED to have her computer work, because not only does she have a bunch of papers to write, but she has finals too! Luckily for her, her mom stumbled upon CrackedMacScreen.com. Even though we don’t have a branch in Miami, Debbie saw our “Ship-In Program”.
We overnighted her a laptop box and she used the included overnight label to ship it back to us. We fixed it in an hour and she had it back next day. Her daughter didn’t have her computer for only two days. She was SO excited to get it back so she could get back to doing her work and graduating!
