Kaitlin’s white Macbook had a broken screen for about a month. She finally saved up enough money for what she thought the repair would cost, and was planning on driving to the Apple Store to get her screen replaced on Monday. Luckily, while taking the train home from class that day, she saw our new train platform ad by her apartment. She called us up, heard about our service and our price, and was thrilled! She thought she was going to have to pay at least $700, but for us to come to her apartment 30 minutes after her calling was only $299.
The repair was completed an hour after she called, and she vowed to recommend us to all of her friends.

Please keep your dog away from the glass on your Unibody Macbook Pro!!!
- Philadelphia, PA -
- Via Washington, DC -
Amanda gave us a call on Thursday from Washington D.C. Her dog had pulled her backpack off of a table, and her 15-inch Unibody Macbook Pro was inside. Obviously, falling inside of a backpack is never a good thing for a Mac laptop to do. Amanda opened up the screen, and to her dismay, the glass had been shattered. Luckily, after a quick Google search, she saw that we do Unibody glass replacements, but the closest branch that does those repairs is here in Philadelphia.
Amanda called up the Philly branch at 888-420-9996 and set up her repair for Sunday. She drove in with her family and made a day trip of it. She dropped it off at 11am, and once her family was done with lunch at 1pm, she came and picked up her Macbook Pro. Good as new!

Desktop backgrounds are always fun to see when your screen is finally working…

Darryl’s Macbook was broken. He knew that it was going to cost an arm and a leg to get fixed. Luckily for Darryl (and for us), his nephew works at the Apple Store and recommended us to him. He took a look at our website, read the Repair Blog, and decided to give us a call. We scheduled the repair for today, and met him at his house in West Philly.
30 minutes later, his white Macbook was good as new, and we were greeted with a sultry desktop background of Halle Berry. We didn’t mind one bit.

Carrying an external monitor with your Macbook Pro around the house gets old real quick…
- Bethlehem, PA -
Erik gave us a call from Bethlehem, PA. He is a graphic designer and just graduated from college. His 2.4 Ghz Macbook Pro has been broken for a few months, and it made it really hard to get his work done. He had been hooking it up to an external monitor, but it became really inconvenient to lug his Macbook Pro and an external monitor around his house to show his mom the website that he had been building for her.
So, after landing a new job after college, he decided it was finally time to get it fixed. We met him at his parent’s house in Bethlehem while he was at work, and after having some great conversation with his parents, the repair was finished in about 30 minutes. Erik could finally use his laptop as a laptop again, and he wouldn’t have an excuse for his mom about why her website wasn’t done!

Cracked Macbook screen at 11:45pm, fixed by 11:00am…

- Temple University -
Asia called us up last night after breaking the screen on her 13-inch Macbook. She had seen our flyers on Temple’s campus, but didn’t have time to find one since it was 11:45pm when she called. So she Googled “Macbook screen repair Philadelphia” and “Temple Macbook repair”, and we popped up on both searches. We scheduled the repair for today at 11am.
We met up at the laptop lounge of the SAC, and her white Macbook’s LCD screen was replaced in about 30 minutes.
