If your daughter breaks the screen of your first laptop, she’ll probably break the screen of the next one…

Zeta’s daughter broke the screen of her 13-inch white Macbook, so Zeta let her use her Sony laptop. Her daughter promptly broke the screen of that one too, which obviously didn’t make Zeta very happy. This happened a few months ago, and Zeta finally was fed up with not having a computer to use, so she walked into the King of Prussia Mall and saw our ad. She called us up, we explained the process, and scheduled the repair for today.

We met her at her office in Roxborough and her Macbook was repaired in about 30 minutes. We’ll be replacing the screen on her Sony laptop next week!

Steve had called us a few weeks ago after bringing his white Macbook to the King of Prussia Mall to see if it could be fixed for not a lot of money. After he was told how much it would be (nearly $600), he walked out of the store and saw our 4×8 ad. We explained the repair process and that our repair is only $299, which he loved. He told us he’d call us back when he was ready.

So he called us tonight and wanted to get the repair done tonight. He lives in Northeast Philadelphia, and he didn’t have any numbers on the outside of his house. Luckily, he had a big red front door and he told us about it, or else we wouldn’t have ever been able to find it!

“Once I broke the glass on my Unibody Macbook once, it was a lot easier to break it again…”

Amy broke the glass on her 13-inch Unibody Macbook a few months ago. It started out as a small crack, but got bigger and bigger. She then dropped it, which cracked the glass even worse! She is from Fort Washington, PA but goes to school in Albany. She had heard about CrackedMacScreen.com from one of her friends that goes to school in Philly, and planned on getting the glass replaced on her computer while she was home for a weekend.

She called us up on Thursday and sent us an email as well just to be safe. We planned out that she could drop off her Unibody Macbook (she didn’t have the time to wait around) on Friday night. Since she didn’t really need her Macbook at all, she agreed to come pick it up this afternoon.

She was absolutely thrilled with her new Macbook glass! She said “Wow, it looks perfect”, to which we said “It’s because we’re awesome!”

A cell phone charger swinging like a pendulum will definitely destroy your Macbook Pro screen…

Diane called us today after seeing one of our Septa train ads in University City. Her Macbook Pro has had a broken screen for the last 8 months. She teaches graphic design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, so having a working screen is definitely a top priority. But paying $800 to get it fixed isn’t something that Diane was going to do. So she has been using an external monitor for the last 8 months before seeing our ad.

See called us up, and we were at her house in an hour. Her Macbook Pro was fixed in another 30 minutes and she was thrilled to be able to get back to doing her graphic design work. She was even more excited to be able to do it somewhere other than her desk!

It’s not possible to buy a screen yourself and have the Geniuses use it for your Macbook’s screen repair…

Tyler called us today after visiting the Apple Store for the second time this week. He had a black Macbook with a broken screen, and after taking it to the Genius bar, he was told that if he was to buy a screen online and bring in his computer, they would show him how to replace his screen. So, he found what he needed online, and took it back to the store. Of course, he didn’t have the same Genius as before, and the other Geniuses gave him a really strange look. They informed Tyler that unfortunately, he was misinformed.

Tyler drove home, defeated. He hopped on Google, and after one search he found CrackedMacScreen.com. He called us up, and we agreed on a labor price that would put his final price for the repair+screen at $299. Tyler was thrilled that we could come and fix it same-day, and that we would follow through on our promises!
