Don’t attach things on the wall above your Macbook…
- King of Prussia, PA -
Tim emailed us from King of Prussia. He had a TV antenna hanging from a window that happened to be directly above his 2.33 ghz Macbook Pro Aluminum. The antenna fell off the window and cracked his screen, making his computer completely worthless. He needed the computer fixed, and fixed FAST.
After our return email, he called our toll free 888 number and a member of our Repair Team was dispatched to his house. Within 15 minutes, the repair was underway. In another hour and a half, the Macbook Pro was good as new. Now that’s fast service, the CrackedMacScreen.com way.

Don’t fall asleep with your Macbook on your bed…

We received a call today from a sophomore at Temple University named Andrew. He had broken his screen last night while sleeping. He explained that when he was falling asleep, he shut his Macbook and put it next to him on the bed. When he woke up, the Macbook was on the floor with a nasty crack across the top of the screen.
He had seen our flyer around Temple’s campus a couple of weeks ago, so he knew who to call! He called us at 2:30pm today (Friday) and I met him at the Student Activity Center at Temple U. (in the Laptop Lounge) and replaced his screen by 3:45pm. He loved the fact that if he breaks his screen again he’ll be covered by our warranty. His Macbook was good as new in less than two hours and he definitely won’t make that mistake again!

We can fix Macbooks for your kids too…

We got an email from Darlene in Center City Philadelphia. She works at a law office on Walnut St. and she needed her 13-inch white Macbook’s screen to be repaired. We exchanged emails back and forth we scheduled the repair for this morning at 11am. She actually was out of the office but the administrative assistant for the law firm showed me the computer and showed me some space that I could use for the repair.
35 minutes later, Darlene’s computer was perfect once again. Actually, it was her daughter’s computer. I found out that it was her daughter’s Macbook when the computer started up after the repair and a document automatically opened that written about Miley Cyrus. Musical tastes aside, we were happy to help get her Macbook back to normal.
A great thing about CrackedMacScreen.com is that even if you don’t have time to leave the office, school, the library, etc., we come to you and repair your computer in less than an hour. Convenient? We think so!

I happened to be walking through Center City Philadelphia wearing the trademark CrackedMacScreen.com fitted tee today when I walked into UBIQ on Walnut St. I met one of their employees named Ron, who happened to have just broken his white Macbook a few days ago. He had seen our ad on Facebook and said to me “Wait, do you work for CrackedMacScreen.com? I’ve been reading your website for the last couple of days!” Needless to say, we both thought it had to be fate that made me walk into UBIQ…or maybe it was my love of shoes and screen repair.
I had my CrackedMacScreen.com gear with me as well as two brand-new screens for his 13-inch Macbook. I set up shop in the back room of UBIQ, and his Macbook was fixed in 45 minutes!
Moral of the story, if you see one of us walking around your city with a CrackedMacScreen.com t-shirt on, we can fix your Macbook in less than an hour and for 1/3 less than the big guys.

Even if your Macbook has been cracked for a year, we can still fix it…

We got an email from Dustin L. at Temple University last week. Get this: his black Macbook’s screen has been broken for over a year! He broke the screen by apparently grabbing the top of the computer with his thumb too hard while carrying it, and it obviously hasn’t been the same ever since. He had the repair priced out when he broke the Macbook, but he couldn’t afford the nearly $800 repair.
After a week of back and forth emails, we set up the time of the repair and we met at the Laptop Lounge at Temple University’s SAC. Justin did some homework for one of his classes, and I replaced his year-old broken screen. The good thing for Justin was that the crack didn’t make his Macbook unusable, but just extremely annoying and inconvenient. He had to move all of his windows to the top left corner of the screen.
We replaced his screen in 35 minutes and cleaned up his computer to make it looked brand new. With the exception of his already cracked spacebar, his 13-inch black Macbook looked great. He said “Wow, it’s never looked so good before.”
So after a year of a somewhat locationally challenged desktop screen, his Macbook is back in action.
