Angela called us late in the evening. The LCD screen on her Macbook Pro shattered and needed replacing. In the middle of the night, while her Macbook was resting peacefully on her bed, a few slight movements caused her laptop to slip off the bed and take a tumble to the floor. The result: broken Macbook Pro screen. No fun.

We gave her a call early in the morning and discussed what had happened to her computer screen. She explained the event to us and expressed her interest in getting the LCD screen replaced ASAP. We settled on a local coffee shop in Santa Monica and met with her later in the afternoon. In just under 45 minutes we had her cracked Macbook Pro screen fixed. Angela was psyched with the convenience and speed of our repair, especially since she had called less than 24 hours ago. Glad we could help.

Help! Macbook Repair Needed in Los Angeles!

Berto gave us a ring today saying that his girlfriend had shattered her Macbook screen. The computer was working fine but the screen was so damaged that they could barely make out the images on the desktop. Together, they went on to his computer and started searching for alternatives to having Apple repair the screen for them – they knew that route would cost them a fortune. Luckily for Berto and his girlfriend they found a service that offered same-day service and would come to them to repair the broken Macbook screen. Los Angeles has many companies that can do this but they felt real comfortable with our easy to navigate website and super friendly customer service (that’s me!).

The called us and were able to schedule an appointment with us the very next day. We arrived at Berto’s house and had his girlfriend’s screen fixed in less than 40 minutes. We mentioned to him that if he had any friends or family members that had broken laptop screens, cracked iPhone screens, or any Mac product that has a screen we would be very happy if he would recommended us to them. Christine called us up on Wednesday about her daughter’s 13-inch Macbook (apparently a lot of daughters these days are cracking their screens!). Christine lived in Connecticut, so wanted to do the Ship-In Program. We explained that we would overnight her a laptop box, she would overnight the laptop box back to us, we would perform the repair, and overnight the Macbook back to her. Three-way overnight shipping is included in the $299 price.

Christine thought that it sounded wonderful, so we started the process. She received the laptop box yesterday, placed the Macbook inside with a check made out for $299, and dropped off the box at FedEx. We received her computer today, fixed it in about an hour, and overnighted it back to her. Christine thought the process was “really painless”. So did we Christine, so did we.

While walking the rainy streets of New York City, waiting for Marian‘s repair, we got a call from Shannon in Houston, Texas. The screen on her 15-inch 2.5ghz Macbook Pro had a “huge” crack in it, and this was totally not ok with Shannon. She found us after doing a Bing search, and saw our “Ship-In Program”, which provides FREE three-way shipping.

We overnighted her a laptop box (while still in NYC), which she received on Tuesday. She overnighted her Macbook Pro back to us using the prepaid label included inside, and we received it on Wednesday. Her computer was back in her hands on Thursday. Needless to say, her “baby” was back to normal.

Chiara called us up a few days ago, desperate to get her white Macbook’s screen replaced. She lives near Long Island, but was unable to get into New York City. She wanted to go for the Ship-In Program, and she loved the $299 price.

We overnighted her a laptop box on Wednesday and she received it Thursday at 10:30am. She put her white Macbook inside, signed the CrackedMacScreen.com Work Order, included a check for $299, and dropped off the box at FedEx with the included overnight label. We received her Macbook on Friday and replaced her screen within an hour. We overnighted her back her Macbook and she got it Saturday morning at 11am. All in all, she was without her Macbook for two days total, and she saved about $400 versus using the store near her house.
