“I need my Macbook laptop repaired ASAP…”

“Is there any chance you could meet us today?” Yes, we can. Jenny called us this morning and said that she had accidentally dropped her Macbook. The fall had caused the LCD screen to crack and left Jenny without a computer to work on. Being in an industry that requires her to spend a lot of time in front of her computer, she needed to find a laptop screen replacement service that could repair her screen ASAP. Like many of our customers, Jenny turned to the Internet and began searching. She looked up such terms as: “computer repair service,” “laptop screen repair,” “LCD replacement,” “laptop computer screen repair,” and “laptop screen replacement service.” Fortunately, after several unsuccessful searches she decided to include “Los Angeles” and “Macbook LCD” into her search. Sure enough, we popped up.

She took several minutes to familiarize herself with our computer repair service. She was happy to learn that we offer a cheap and fast way of repairing LCD screens. Before long, she was on the phone speaking with one of our repair team members. We were able to arrange a time and place to meet half way between San Diego and Los Angeles. Later that evening, Jenny was walking away with a fixed Macbook LCD screen at a third of the cost! Not to mention, we were able to get it done for her the same day she called.

The middle of the night can be dangerous for a Mac…

This was the case for Clifton’s Macbook. He awoke one morning to find his Macbook screen broken with no answer as to how it happened. He was not a happy camper. He figured it must have fallen off the bed in the middle of the night and landed hard on the floor.

He was relieved to find our site and our service, especially because we charge so much less than Apple. He picked up the phone, called us and learned that we would be traveling up to the LA area the next day. We decided to meet at the Coffee Bean in Glendale. Once there, our Repair Team Member met with Clifton and observed his damaged computer screen. We were able to repair his Macbook screen in less than 30 minutes and have him on his way. Taylor, from Santa Barbara, got in touch with us a couple of weeks ago. He had seen our Los Angeles ad of on Craigslist and was curious if we’d be able to make it up to Santa Barbara to repair his broken Macbook screen.  After several emails, instead of heading all the way up to Santa Barbara, we were able to arrange a date when his father would be in LA and could meet with us. As luck would have it, we met Taylor’s father at one of the finest Exotic Grilled Sausage restaurants on the West coast – WurstKuche (www.wurstkucherestaurant.com). We repaired Taylor’s Macbook screen in less than thirty minutes and had plenty of time to enjoy a Mango Jalapeno and a Smoked Apple Sage bratwurst. Samantha, a freshman at UCLA, is an early riser. She attributes this to the fact that she loves watching the sun come up. Of course, she also mentioned she has an 8AM class to get to three times a week and that class just so happens to be on the only end of campus. Several mornings ago she was trying to quietly get ready for class, paying extra special attention as to not wake up her roommate, when all of a sudden she heard a slight crack from the laptop that was left on the floor the night before. One loud scream and a few choice words later, both were up and looking at the broken screen that had resulted.

Wanting to get her computer fixed soon but not wanting to take it to the Apple store, Samantha turned to Craigslist. A few clicks later, Samantha discovered our site and learned that we have recently started to service the Los Angeles area. Every Friday we travel north from San Diego to make repairs in LA. After a couple of phone calls with Samantha, we were able to arrange a time to meet outside Cafe Synapse in North Campus. 45 minutes later her laptop was good as new.
