Roanoke, Virginia, meet CrackedMacScreen.com…

Roger is a student at the University of Virginia in Roanoke. He was walking down the stairs of his house when his white Macbook “literally flew” out of his hands (his words, not ours!). It fell down the stairs and landed on his carpet. Roger obviously wasn’t excited to open it up, but he had to. The LCD was shattered, and the first thing that popped into his head was that he would have to pay a ton of money to get it fixed. Luckily for Roger (and us too) he did a quick Google search about cracked Macbook screens in Virginia and found our site. We have done a few repairs out of Virginia so we came up first.
Roger filled out the Repair Form and we got into contact with him in an hour. We emailed him his FedEx overnight label and he got his computer to us the next day. We performed the repair in a few hours and emailed him with a before and after picture and payment link. The whole process was smooth and painless, unlike when he dropped his Macbook down the stairs!

Joe left us a frantic voicemail a couple of days ago. He is a student at Georgetown University and he was worried that he wouldn’t be able to get his Macbook fixed before his classes started to give him homework. Being that the right side of his screen was pretty much unusable, he needed it fixed, and fast! Luckily for Joe, he found our website.
We met him on campus the next day and he was able to get his homework done that night.
“Can you repair my Macbook now?”

This was the question we got from Isabelle earlier this evening. She called to ask if we could repair the broken LCD screen on her Macbook. Apparently, this cracked had been around for a while and Isabelle was hesitant to call because she was still rounding up some money. Once she had enough on hand, she call us and was delighted to learn to we were nearby and would be able to repair her cracked laptop screen before the sun went down.
We traveled over to the Chula Vista/National City area and met with Isabelle at her home. Her mother’s cooking smelled delicious and it made the repair a little distracting. But, sure enough, we were able to get her laptop screen repaired in less than 40 minutes. She was happy to see a brand new screen in her computer and was even more thrilled knowing that she didn’t have to pay a fortune to get it fixed. Glad we could help Isabelle!

You may accidentally close the display and crack your screen. Such was the case with Nicole last week. She left her iPod ear plugs nearby and somehow one of them found its way to the keyboard. When she was finished surfing the web, she closed her screen right down on top of the ear plug and cracked her Macbook LCD screen. Within a few days the crack had reach all the way across the screen, preventing her from seeing much of her desktop. She spoke with her boyfriend’s father about the crack and he found a mac repair service in San Diego that would come up to their house and repair it quickly.
We were able to fix her Macbook screen in no time. Over the last several months, we’ve noticed this has become a common occurrence. There is no doubt that iPods and Macbooks are wonderful machines. But be careful and keep them at a safe distance from each other.
If you called us at 11pm at night on a Sunday, receiving your Ship-In box on Monday morning would be impossible…

Shyne called up our San Diego branch on Sunday night about the cracked screen on her 13-inch white Macbook. Why she called San Diego when she lives in Eureka, MO, we don’t know, but Mike in San Diego told her to call up our Shipping line at 888-420-9996. She did, and I had the pleasure of speaking with her at around 11pm about getting her Ship-In going. We informed her that we would overnight her a box, she would get it on Tuesday, we’d have her computer to fix on Wednesday, and she’d have it back on Thursday.
After we shipped out her box on Monday, she called us and told us that she hadn’t received her box yet. Not realizing that we spoke last night at 11pm (on a Sunday), she didn’t realize that FedEx shipping is only SO fast! She had a good laugh about it.
She got her Macbook back on Thursday and was so happy to be able to use it again!
