Bonnie called us today about her daughter’s white Macbook that had a slightly broken screen. Bonnie admitted that it wasn’t that bad, but she was worried that it would get worse and her daughter wouldn’t be able to use it for school. She saw our ad at the King of Prussia Mall, and called us this morning to set up a repair.

We met her at her home in Newtown Square and got to work. We first noticed that Bonnie’s daughter’s Macbook had a Justin Bieber desktop background on it. Then we noticed that it also said “I Hate Justin Bieber”. No comment on whether CrackedMacScreen.com Repair Techs like Justin Bieber,

Long story short, Bonnie’s daughter hates Justin Bieber and we love replacing cracked screens on Apple laptops. And Bonnie now loves CrackedMacScreen.com too!

Greg gave us a call today while I was driving to Harrisburg for Leslie’s Macbook Pro repair. He was at the King of Prussia Mall and saw our ad in front of the Verizon store. He had just taken his Macbook to the Apple Store and was quoted $450 for the repair. He had already taken it to MicroWarehouse and they said $600 and they would need an additional $50 to ship it out. He wanted to see what we charge so he could find out where would offer the best price. We explained that our service is $299 and if he breaks it again it would be $100. Even with a second break, it would be cheaper than the other options.

Greg wanted us to come after the repair in Harrisburg, so we met him at his apartment and had his Macbook fixed in 30 minutes.

We got a call from Krista who was currently at the King of Prussia Mall. She had just visited the Apple Store, and they referred her to us because she couldn’t afford what they estimated as the cost of the repair. She was really mad because her computer is her pride and joy and she needed it while she was attending college in the area.

We agreed to meet at a local Starbucks and got her Macbook back in action in 30 minutes. All over a cup of coffee.

Diana gave us a call after visiting the Apple Store and hearing that it would be “around $600-$800″ to fix the broken screen on her 13-inch white Macbook. She told them flat out that she wouldn’t be able to afford that since she was currently in a job search and money was tight. They told her to walk outside of the store and go see our sign at the entrance to the Plaza side of the mall. She did, called us, and set up a repair for the next day.

We met her at her house in Jenkintown, and the repair was done in 30 minutes. Her computer hadn’t been used in so long that the battery had absolutely no charge, but luckily she had her Magsafe charger there too!

We got a call today after Gabrielle’s repair. It was a really nice girl named Katia who goes to college near her home in Holland, PA. She had obviously broken the screen of her Macbook, and had taken it to the Apple Store at the King of Prussia Mall. She had actually taken it there twice. The first time, they told her it would be $800 for the repair. The second time, they said $1,200. We she told them that she couldn’t afford it, they gave her our phone number and told her to go look at our ad in front of the Verizon Store.

Katia gave us a call, and we agreed to meet later that day at a Starbucks in Holland. Her computer was repaired in less than 30 minutes, and she paid $299.
