Your entire family (including your dog) can watch us do repairs if you want…
- Jenkintown, PA -
We got a call this week from Billy in Jenkintown. His son Jimmy (these sound like fake names, no?) had broken the screen on his white Macbook and needed it to be fixed. We scheduled the repair for today, and were greeted by the entire family in the living room, on the edge of their seats waiting to watch the repair process.
After a short (and very talkative) 30 minutes, Jimmy’s screen was replaced and the dog was asleep. All in a days work for the CrackedMacScreen.com crew.

If you live a block away from one of our Repair Techs, that will make things much easier…
- Philadelphia, PA -
- Roxborough -
Eddie gave us a call a couple of weeks ago about the black Macbook that he had that had a broken screen. It had been broken for a few months, so he wasn’t in any rush. We told him that we weren’t doing repairs over the holidays in Philly, so we scheduled the repair for today. He told us he lived in Roxborough, which is where I live, coincidentally.
Actually, he ended up living literally 100 feet away from me, so it was nice to be able to walk to a repair! Within 30 minutes, I was walking back and Eddie was enjoying a perfect LCD on his black Macbook.

The first sign of a broken Macbook screen is icons arranged strangely on the desktop…
- Jenkintown, PA -
- Via King of Prussia Mall -
Chris gave us a call after seeing our ad at the King of Prussia Mall outside of the Apple Store. He had been quoted a really high price that he couldn’t afford, so decided to give us a call. He loved that we are a local Philadelphia company and do repairs locally. He especially liked that he could watch us do the repair, since he honestly was just interested how it was done.
We met at the Starbucks in Jenkintown and got his computer back to normal in 30 minutes. I don’t know if you can tell in the pictures, but all of the icons on his desktop were dragged away from the crack in the screen so he could continue working on it. Hopefully he cleaned up the desktop a bit now that it’s fixed!
