Chloe called us from Madison, WI. She had a cracked screen on her Macbook and  found our website through Google. Her roommate was from Detroit, and was coming home for fall break. Chloe called and was very interested in our service, told me that she would be giving her Macbook to her roommate, who would meet me when she got into town.

Jason called us from the University of Michigan. He has been extremely busy this past month being a freshman at U of M. He’s been so busy, in fact, that he hasn’t had time to take care of his white 13-inch Macbook! He was watching a DVD while going to bed when he closed the lid of his Macbook, slid it under his pillow, and went to sleep. He woke up to a loud CRASH.
