Start the Ship-In process on a Friday, have your Macbook fixed and back to you on Tuesday…

Colleen in Raleigh, North Carolina broke the screen on her white 13-inch Macbook last week, and desperately needed it repaired. Her boyfriend Jay shopped around for a fast, affordable Macbook repair service online, and found CrackedMacScreen.com. What helped us was that we had already @replied Colleen on Twitter (@Colleen84).

Jay called us up and we explained the service. He said he needed a day or two to think about it, and called us back on Friday at 4pm to start the Ship-In process. We overnighted Jay and Colleen a box, which they received Saturday morning. They used the included free overnight label to ship us back the box with the Macbook inside, which we received Monday morning. We repaired it same-day, and Colleen was back to normal by Tuesday morning.

Carmen emailed us on Monday from South San Francisco. She had broken the screen on her 13-inch white Macbook a couple of weeks ago, and REALLY needed her computer to be fixed as soon as possible. We explained the repair process and that we would be overnighting her a laptop box on Tuesday.

She received the box on Wednesday, but was unable to ship it back until Thursday because she forgot to bring the Macbook to work (where we shipped the box). She used the included free overnight label to ship it back to us, and we received it on Friday. We fixed her computer within an hour and overnighted it back to her. She received it on Saturday and was super happy with the whole process!

Ronya loves Google…and so do we! She gave us a call after making several Google searches for local companies that repair computer screens. Within minutes she was on the phone with us and describing how her LCD screen had cracked that morning. We briefly explained our service and set up an appointment for later that evening. We got an email from Julia in New York City a couple of weeks ago about her broken screen on her 12-inch Powerbook G4. She found our website on Google and decided to send us an email to inquire about how much it would be to replace her screen. We emailed her back and explained that for older Macs, sometimes it is more affordable to replace a broken screen with a used (but in perfect condition) screen. In her case, it was a lot cheaper to use a used screen. S

We scheduled the repair for today in New York City and we met at the Starbucks on 35th and 8th. 30 minutes later, her 12-inch Powerbook G4 was fixed and she could finally get back to doing work on it!
