Does broken Mac screens happen often?

We hear you. Unfortunately, as great as Apple products are, they do occasionally crack. Such was the case with Matt a couple of days ago. He was just sitting down at the kitchen table, trying to get some work done. When he was in need of a break, he got up and accidentally knocked his Macbook off the table breaking the LCD screen. With the entire screen unreadable, he wasn’t able to finish his work and was deeply frustrated with what had happened. Off the bat he was thinking that the only thing he could do would be to go buy a new Macbook computer. Fortunately, he decided to do a little internet search on his wife’s computer.
He began looking around for local computer repair services in Irvine. Some of searches included phrases like: Macbook repair Orange County, computer screen replacement in Irvine, broken Mac screen repair. During a number of these searches he kept coming across a company that was mobile and able to come to him. He dug a little deeper and finally decided to give this company that claimed to repair cracked Macbook screens a try. A repair form and phone call later, we had set up an appointment with Matt to repair his screen at his home in Irvine. He could now get back to work.

Shilpa works at the Parkerton Inn in Cape Carteret, North Carolina and sent in a Repair Form a couple days ago about the cracked screen on her white 13-inch unibody Macbook. Although only a small part of the LCD was actually cracked, she knew that it would get worse over time so she wanted to get it taken care of before it was too broken to use.
We emailed her the UPS label and instructions for getting her Macbook shipped out. Luckily for her, the UPS store was only a mile from her work so she took it there on her lunch break. We received it two days later and performed the repair same day. Did we mention that the shipping was free both ways?

Cracked Macbook Pro Glass from Charlotte NC is our speciality…

I don’t know why we get so many Macbook and Macbook Pro screen and glass repairs from North Carolina, but I’m not complaining! This time it was Ben from Charlotte who was the unfortunate one who happened to break the glass on his 15-inch Macbook Pro Unibody. He is a student from Charlotte (most of our customers are students if you haven’t noticed already). He needed it fixed fast but he needed it to be perfect. He definitely found the right place.
He sent in his Macbook Pro after we emailed him his UPS Two-Day label. We received it two days later, performed his repair same day, and sent his Macbook Pro back to Charlotte that day. Ben was extremely appreciative of our work and especially happy that he could get it back so quickly!

Maine! I can’t believe it! Maine! Wahoo! So anyway, yes, Maine is the newest state to use CrackedMacScreen.com. Michelle is the newest victim of the January cracked Macbook glass bug going around. She lives in Monmouth, where there is absolutely nowhere to get your Macbook screen fixed. Seriously.
She did a couple Google searches about broken Macbook screens and cracked Macbook glass and we popped up every time! Lucky for her and lucky for us! She sent in her Repair Form, we emailed her the UPS label (shipping is free, Two-Day Air) and she was able to send out her Macbook that day.
We received it two days later and she had it two days after that. Perfect screen, perfect repair.

Roanoke, Virginia, meet CrackedMacScreen.com…

Roger is a student at the University of Virginia in Roanoke. He was walking down the stairs of his house when his white Macbook “literally flew” out of his hands (his words, not ours!). It fell down the stairs and landed on his carpet. Roger obviously wasn’t excited to open it up, but he had to. The LCD was shattered, and the first thing that popped into his head was that he would have to pay a ton of money to get it fixed. Luckily for Roger (and us too) he did a quick Google search about cracked Macbook screens in Virginia and found our site. We have done a few repairs out of Virginia so we came up first.
Roger filled out the Repair Form and we got into contact with him in an hour. We emailed him his FedEx overnight label and he got his computer to us the next day. We performed the repair in a few hours and emailed him with a before and after picture and payment link. The whole process was smooth and painless, unlike when he dropped his Macbook down the stairs!
