Turns out, after opening up the box, that Dustin actually had a 13-inch Unibody Macbook with cracked glass. Luckily for Dustin, the repairs are the same price and we always carry parts for every model in stock.

We actually didn’t tell Dustin about this until his computer was shipped back to him. The price was the same so it didn’t really matter, but it was pretty funny anyway. We definitely learned a lesson that day!

Roger is a student at the University of Virginia in Roanoke. He was walking down the stairs of his house when his white Macbook “literally flew” out of his hands (his words, not ours!). Cracked Macbook Glass is the worst thing to have during the summer…

Eva is a college student in Atlanta who happened to be so unlucky as to break the glass on her Unibody Macbook right before the start of school.
