Kevin is a student from Athens, Georgia. He broke his screen on his 13-inch white Macbook not too long ago and decided on Saturday that it was time to get it fixed. He filled out the Repair Form on Saturday morning and we called him in about 30 minutes. After speaking with his dad we explained the process. We emailed him an overnight label and they went to FedEx that afternoon.

They shipped out the Macbook on Saturday and we received it at out repair facility in Washington, DC on Monday morning. After assessing the damage, we replaced his LCD and emailed him with the results and the PayPal payment link. Super easy, and he was thrilled!

Dustin called us up and told us about the cracked screen on his 13-inch Macbook. He said “I’ve got an older Macbook”. We said, “Oh, you mean one of the older white Macbooks?” He said “Yea, yea”. So we set up the $299 ship-in repair for his 13-inch white Macbook. We emailed him a FedEx overnight label and he sent us his Macbook. Turns out, after opening up the box, that Dustin actually had a 13-inch Unibody Macbook with cracked glass. Luckily for Dustin, the repairs are the same price and we always carry parts for every model in stock.

We actually didn’t tell Dustin about this until his computer was shipped back to him. The price was the same so it didn’t really matter, but it was pretty funny anyway. We definitely learned a lesson that day!

Roger is a student at the University of Virginia in Roanoke. He was walking down the stairs of his house when his white Macbook “literally flew” out of his hands (his words, not ours!). It fell down the stairs and landed on his carpet. Roger obviously wasn’t excited to open it up, but he had to. The LCD was shattered, and the first thing that popped into his head was that he would have to pay a ton of money to get it fixed. Luckily for Roger (and us too) he did a quick Google search about cracked Macbook screens in Virginia and found our site. We have done a few repairs out of Virginia so we came up first.

Roger filled out the Repair Form and we got into contact with him in an hour. We emailed him his FedEx overnight label and he got his computer to us the next day. We performed the repair in a few hours and emailed him with a before and after picture and payment link. The whole process was smooth and painless, unlike when he dropped his Macbook down the stairs!

Cracked Macbook Glass is the worst thing to have during the summer…

Eva is a college student in Atlanta who happened to be so unlucky as to break the glass on her Unibody Macbook right before the start of school. As she admitted, it wasn’t the craziest of breaks, but it was something that definitely would have gotten worse with time. She said that the worst thing was that people would walk up to her in coffee shops and ask “Do you know that you glass is broken?” What a drag!

She found us on Google by typing in “Atlanta Macbook repair”, and although we don’t have a location in Atlanta, we offer the same low price on repairs for our nationwide Ship-In Program but with two-way overnight shipping included. She filled out the Repair Form and we emailed her back with a FedEx overnight label to start things off. She took her Macbook to the closest FedEx location (which we told her in the email) and she overnighted it to us. We received it the following day, did her repair in a few hours, and emailed her the payment link as well as before and after pictures.

The Macbook was then overnighted from Washington DC to Atlanta and she was back in action! Thanks CrackedMacScreen.com and thanks FedEx!
