Like the iPod touch 2nd Generation, the iPod touch 3rd Generation models feature the same "multi-touch" sensitive 3.5" display with 320x480 resolution, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and support for 802.11b/g (hardware-capable of 802.11n as well). In addition to superior performance when compared to their predecessors, the 32 GB and 64 GB configurations also added Voice Control capability for voice navigation and a "VoiceOver" screen reader for the visually impared and shipped with the same "Earphones with Remote and Mic" as the iPhone 3GS.

Local Repair FAQ's

Do you have a store or do you come to me?

We don't have a retail store because we come to customers who are inside of our DC, Maryland and VA service area and perform the repair right in front of you. We have a small office in Dupont Circle that can be used as a repair site by appointment only

What if I'm really really far outside of your service area (like in another state?)

Our nationally recognized Ship In Program will be a perfect fit. It's the same price as a local repair but includes two-way shipping. Click here to find out more.

What are your hours?

Weekdays: 8am-5pm. Saturdays: 10am-4pm. We do not perform repairs on Sundays. Repairs on Saturdays are performed at our office at 2000 P St. NW BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

What payments do you accept?

Cash is always appreciated (fees suck!) but we accept all credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and can either swipe a physical card or type in a card number (we’ll need the expiration, 3 or 4 digit code, and billing zip code.) We also accept checks.
