    FAQ
    Q1
How do I know if my LCD is cracked?
If there is distortion on the screen like a visible crack, "black ink", hypercolors, or lines of pixels, your LCD is cracked.
    Q2
How do I know if my Macbook is a Unibody?
If the bottom of the Macbook is rubbery, it's the Unibody.
    Q3
My battery is dying and/or dead, can you replace that?
We don't sell batteries for Macs but we can point you in the right direction.
    Q4
Is this screen an original Apple screen?
All of our parts are OEM, direct from the manufacturer. The screen that we install is the EXACT same screen that comes out of your Mac.
    Q5
    Will I lose any data?
There is an extremely small chance that you would lose data from your hard drive, but it's a good idea to back up your computer anyway.
