How do I know if my glass is cracked?
It should look like a cracked car windshield. You should be able to see everything on the screen if it's just your glass.

How do I know if my LCD is cracked?
If there is distortion on the screen like a visible crack, "black ink", hypercolors, or lines of pixels, your LCD is cracked.

My battery is dying and/or dead, can you replace that?
We don't sell batteries for Macs but we can point you in the right direction.

Is this an original Apple part?
All of our parts are OEM, directly from the manufacturer. The LCD/glass that we install is the EXACT same one that comes out of your Mac.

Will I lose any data?
There is an extremely small chance that you would lose data from your hard drive, but it's a good idea to back up your computer anyway.
