    FAQ
    Q1
How do I know if my LCD is cracked?
If there is distortion on the screen like a visible crack, "black ink", hypercolors, or lines of pixels, your LCD is cracked.
    Q2
Why does the repair take 3-4 days?
The screen technology is much different on the new Air than any other Mac. The repair is incredibly complicated so we need more time to make sure it's perfect.
    Q3
My battery is dying and/or dead, can you replace that?
We don't sell batteries for Macs but we can point you in the right direction.
    Q4
Is this an original Apple part?
The screen that will be installed in your Mac is the EXACT same screen that is in it right now.
    Q5
    Will I lose any data?
There is an extremely small chance that you would lose data from your hard drive, but it's a good idea to back up your computer anyway.
