Everything we'll need from you is in the repair form including the model of your Apple product, your name, phone number, email address, and most importantly, your address. We'll use your address to create your custom shipping label and to find your nearest shipping location. Free overnight shipping is included for customers who ship and receive from within our area above and free 2-day shipping (FedEx 2-day or USPS Priority - depending on your device) is included for all other customers based in the US.

Read the email and print off your shipping label
It's pretty simple. We'll tell you where the nearest shipping location is, you'll print out the attached label and bring it with your device.

Box up your device using a free box
Most of the time you'll be able to get a free shipping box from FedEx or USPS. If they don't have free boxes we'll deduct a portion of your box's cost from your total repair cost. Hand the label to the shipping center employee and they'll get your device shipped out.

We'll diagnose, fix and clean your device
When we receive your device we'll email or call you to let you know that we received it. We perform the majority of our repairs same-day and when your repair is complete we'll clean your device and make it look perfect!

We'll email you with before and after pictures and your payment link
People love our before and after pictures because they like being able to see what they are paying for. It's a lot better than simply paying for a repair before the process has even started. In this email will be a payment link that will enable you to pay using a credit card (or you can include a check or money order with your device before shipping).

We'll ship your device back to you
Once we receive payment we'll ship your device back to you and email you with tracking information.
