Broken hinge, floppy screen? We can get that done!

Arlene emailed us about a month ago regarding the broken hinge and floppy screen on her daughter’s Macbook. Her daughter had dropped the laptop and snapped both the left and right hinge, making the laptop now a desktop. Being that she is in college, she obviously needs her Macbook to be a laptop! Lucky for her daughter, we specialize in not only screen replacements, but display assembly repairs.
We picked up the Macbook from Arlene’s office and returned it later that day. We replaced the entire display assembly while using her working LCD. This made it about half of the price of going to the Apple Store. It ended up being $299, which is the same price as an LCD replacement. Arlene was so happy with the price and so happy that her daughter has her Macbook back!

Arlene emailed us a few weeks ago with a few pictures of her daughter’s white Macbook that had sort of come apart. Both of the hinges had snapped clean through, so the laptop was now essentially a desktop, because the screen couldn’t hold itself up. We told Arlene that we could replace the entire display assembly sans screen for the same price as a screen repair ($299).
We picked up Arlene’s Macbook from her work in Philadlephia and dropped it off later that afternoon. She was so happy that the laptop could be used as a laptop again!

Elayna’s mom called us a week ago about her daughter’s 13-inch white Macbook that has had a shattered screen for the last four months. She checked it in her bag while flying (“But I wrapped it in a towel!!”) and surprise surprise, the screen got cracked during the trip. Elayna is a dancing student and trying to make it in the big city, sort of a Flashdance type of story. She needs her computer to work so she can find jobs!
We met her at the Starbucks on 39th and 8th and took a look at her computer. The screen was so damaged that it was actually being forced on the outside of the white bezel around the screen. But no worries, we were able to replace it and get Elayna back in action for $299.

Jeff is a college student who lives in Lansdale, PA. He had recently cracked the glass on his 13-inch Macbook Unibody by carrying it in his backpack with a bunch of textbooks. He had used it for about a month but was sick of staring at the shattered glass, so he looked us up online and sent us an email.
We met him at his home in Lansdale and had his glass replaced for $299 in about 45 minutes.

Carolyn emailed us from State College, PA two days ago about her cracked screen on her 13-inch white Macbook. She wanted to do the Ship-In Program, and wanted to know how it worked. We informed her that we would email her a label and she would take the Macbook to FedEx to ship it to us. Because she was at work, her husband took the Macbook and the label and got it sent out.
We received it the next day, repaired the screen, and had it back to her a day later. Two days in all, Carolyn was extremely pleased!
