If you have a red front door and no street address numbers on your house, telling us about the red door will help us the most….

Steve had called us a few weeks ago after bringing his white Macbook to the King of Prussia Mall to see if it could be fixed for not a lot of money. After he was told how much it would be (nearly $600), he walked out of the store and saw our 4×8 ad. We explained the repair process and that our repair is only $299, which he loved. He told us he’d call us back when he was ready.
So he called us tonight and wanted to get the repair done tonight. He lives in Northeast Philadelphia, and he didn’t have any numbers on the outside of his house. Luckily, he had a big red front door and he told us about it, or else we wouldn’t have ever been able to find it!

We can probably tell that we are fixing your teenage daughter’s Macbook after we start it up…

Debbie’s daughter had a major problem. She is graduating from college in a few weeks and she just so happened to break the screen on her white 13-inch Macbook. She absolutely NEEDED to have her computer work, because not only does she have a bunch of papers to write, but she has finals too! Luckily for her, her mom stumbled upon CrackedMacScreen.com. Even though we don’t have a branch in Miami, Debbie saw our “Ship-In Program”.
We overnighted her a laptop box and she used the included overnight label to ship it back to us. We fixed it in an hour and she had it back next day. Her daughter didn’t have her computer for only two days. She was SO excited to get it back so she could get back to doing her work and graduating!

“Once I broke the glass on my Unibody Macbook once, it was a lot easier to break it again…”

Amy broke the glass on her 13-inch Unibody Macbook a few months ago. It started out as a small crack, but got bigger and bigger. She then dropped it, which cracked the glass even worse! She is from Fort Washington, PA but goes to school in Albany. She had heard about CrackedMacScreen.com from one of her friends that goes to school in Philly, and planned on getting the glass replaced on her computer while she was home for a weekend.
She called us up on Thursday and sent us an email as well just to be safe. We planned out that she could drop off her Unibody Macbook (she didn’t have the time to wait around) on Friday night. Since she didn’t really need her Macbook at all, she agreed to come pick it up this afternoon.
She was absolutely thrilled with her new Macbook glass! She said “Wow, it looks perfect”, to which we said “It’s because we’re awesome!”

“I can’t wait to get my Macbook back in working order!!!”…

Carmen emailed us on Monday from South San Francisco. She had broken the screen on her 13-inch white Macbook a couple of weeks ago, and REALLY needed her computer to be fixed as soon as possible. We explained the repair process and that we would be overnighting her a laptop box on Tuesday.
She received the box on Wednesday, but was unable to ship it back until Thursday because she forgot to bring the Macbook to work (where we shipped the box). She used the included free overnight label to ship it back to us, and we received it on Friday. We fixed her computer within an hour and overnighted it back to her. She received it on Saturday and was super happy with the whole process!

“I can meet you either right now or really early tomorrow morning”…

Sarah emailed us last week about the screen on her white Macbook. She asked us about the repair process and how much it would be for the repair. We emailed her back very promptly and explained everything. Unfortunately, she never emailed us back. Well, she did email us back, but a week later. She told us that she could do the repair tonight or really early tomorrow morning. We opted for tonight.
We met her at Eastern University (where she goes to school), and her Macbook was fixed within 25 minutes. She had a HUGE paper to do this weekend, so it was perfect timing, per usual for us!
