Please tell me you can repair my Macbook today…

As many Mac users know, the end of semester is fast approaching. It’s not the best of times to cracked or break the LCD screen on your Macbook laptop. Papers are due, tests are coming up, and flight arrangements need to be made. Jessica filled out one of our Repair Forms today and stated that she was in desperate need of a screen replacement on her 13″ white Macbook. Last night, she had been working at her desk when her laptop decided to take a dive off. The result you can see in the picture below.

She started looking all over the Los Angeles area for a Macbook repair service that could come to her on campus and repair the LCD screen on her Mac. She looked on Craigslist, searched through Google, and finally stumbled upon a Yelp review of our service. Jessica convinced herself that we were the ones who were going to save the day. John loves Macs. On the phone we learned that he has four separate Macbooks, all of which he’s accumulated over the last two years. Unfortunately, his 13″ black Macbook had gone through a terrible fall a few days ago and was now suffering from a cracked LCD screen. Marco definitely underestimated his strength. A few days ago he picked up his closed white Macbook Unibody with his thumb and index finger. Later, when he opened it up to catch up on some work, he noticed that most of the top half of the screen was cracked and black. “How could this have happened?” he asked himself. He instantly thought that it was going to cost a fortune to get the LCD screen on his Mac replaced. Laptop screen replacement can’t be cheap. These weren’t the exact words of Stephen, but they’re close. Betty was not having the best of weeks. When we first spoke with Betty we learned that, not only had she gotten a flat tire earlier in the week, but she had also lost her keys during her lunch hour a couple days ago.
