Can you fix my iPhone at work?

Yes, we can! Many times we get calls from potential customers asking if we can fix their shattered iPhones at work. Over the past few years we’ve been to offices, bars and restaurants, movie sets, government buildings, and schools. So long as there is a table or desk we can work at, that’s all we really need. Brandon gave us a call a few days back asking if we could meet him while waiting tables at a local restaurant. Apparently, the night before his phone went flying out of his pocket, crashing onto the concrete cement next to his car. The result you can see in the picture below.

While on the phone we were able to set up a time to meet him during work. After about 25 minutes, we had Brandon’s broken 3GS iphone screen back to normal. Glad we could help. Looking forward to visiting that restaurant sometime soon.

My 4-year-old son took a golf club to our iPod

So was the case with Dave this past weekend. After owning it without damage for over 8 months, the family iPad finally fell victim to circumstance. On a Saturday afternoon, Dave was playing around with his son when a golf club (plastic) found its way to the front screen of Dave’s 1st Generation iPad screen. The result you can see in the pictures below.

Within hours, Dave was looking for a place in San Diego that could fix his cracked iPad screen. He was reluctant to send it away. And he definitely didn’t want to take it to Apple knowing how much it would probably cost. After a few online searches he stumbled upon a mobile service that could fix his iPad on the same day. He rang us up and was able to set up an appointment. We met Dave at his place of employment in the Claremont area and had his iPad screen looking like new within an hour. From the damage done to his iPad we could tell he son had a nice swing, we just hope keeps his eye on the ball and away from the iPad screen.

I think the glass and the LCD are broken…

It turns out Rodney was right. The mishap a couple nights ago caused significant damage to both the glass panel and the LCD screen on his 15″ Macbook Pro Unibody. He knew right away that when he stepped on it something was going to be wrong. When he opened it up he could only make out about a quarter the screen. Fortunately, there was still enough space available on the desktop that he could do a search on the web for a Mac screen repair service in Los Angeles.

With the limited space he was working with, Rodney was able to find our service, do enough research that he felt comfortable contacting us, and finally fill out one of our repair request forms. We contacted Rodney shortly after submitting the form and we set up a time to meet him at his house in Korea Town. Sitting at the kitchen table, it took us about 45 minutes to get the glass and the broken LCD screen replaced with brand new parts. Rodney was very pleased with our service, especially the convenience and price.

How can I get this cracked laptop screen fixed on the cheap?

Julie was not the happiest person today when she called. After getting home from work she stepped out of her car and watched her iPhone 4 go directly down, smashing on the concrete. Before she even picked it up, she knew. This had happened before. The fall had caused the glass digitizer on her phone to crack. It wasn’t as bad as the first time, but she knew it needed to be replaced. Not happy with the last service she went to, she decided to look around a little bit more until she found a service that could fix her broken iPhone 4 screen in less time.

A short Internet search later, she found our service and was curious to see if we were in fact a real company. She went through much of our website and looked at most of our reviews. She decided to give it a shot and call the number listed. When she called, we answered.
