Andrea was nearing the end of the summer session at the high school she works at. Things were going decently except for a few minor mishaps. It was until she reached the first week in August did things start to go bonkers. Students misbehaving, paperwork not being turned in, and to top it off, this week she closed the screen of her Macbook down on the plug of her battery charger. When she opened her Macbook back up, she saw a large cracked running down the middle of her LCD screen. Her Macbook screen was badly damaged and in need of an LCD replacement.

Dani found us all the way up in San Francisco. She was impressed with our website with its clear and concise message about what we do. A resident of San Francisco, she was traveling down to the San Diego area with her family and was interested in meeting with us for a LCD screen replacement in Del Mar. Christy, going into her 3rd year at UCSD, felt like her life had just taken a turn for the worst. She woke up yesterday morning was a broken LCD screen on her Macbook. When trying to recall what had happened, she remembered leaving it on her bedside shortly before dozing off. Unfortunately for many of the people we help this seems to be a common occurrence. They’ll be watching a DVD or surfing around the web when their eyes begin to tire. Within minutes they are sound asleep with their Macbook computers resting in a terribly vulnerable position.

This was the question we got from Isabelle earlier this evening. She called to ask if we could repair the broken LCD screen on her Macbook. Apparently, this cracked had been around for a while and Isabelle was hesitant to call because she was still rounding up some money. Once she had enough on hand, she call us and was delighted to learn to we were nearby and would be able to repair her cracked laptop screen before the sun went down.
We traveled over to the Chula Vista/National City area and met with Isabelle at her home. Her mother’s cooking smelled delicious and it made the repair a little distracting. But, sure enough, we were able to get her laptop screen repaired in less than 40 minutes. She was happy to see a brand new screen in her computer and was even more thrilled knowing that she didn’t have to pay a fortune to get it fixed. Glad we could help Isabelle!

Before I fell asleep, I put my Macbook between the bed and the table…

…and sure enough, when Samuel woke up in the morning he Macbook’s LCD screen had a big crack in it. The screen was destroyed and Samuel could only make out about 10% of what was on the screen. Being a post-doc student at UCLA, he needed his Macbook back in a hurry. He quickly turned to a tool we’re all familiar with – Google. After a few strokes and mouse clicks he landed on our website and began to look through some of our posts and macbook reviews to make sure we were legit. An email and a phone call later, we had an appointment with Samuel at Boelter Hall on the UCLA campus.
Not wanting to take away from his studies, we told him we’d be able to fix his LCD screen in about 30 minutes. Once finished, he was happy to get back to work. We told him a little more about our service and he mentioned that he had several friends with cracked Macbook Pro screens and Macbook Pro Unibody glass. He’s going to recommend us to them.
