Another day in the life of a mother – We received an online repair form last week from Becky, another addition to the “my kid did it” club. I called Becky after reading through her repair form and learned that one of her kids had accidentally kicked her iPad 2 off of the docking station in their family car, breaking the glass at the corners. Becky said she found us online and was really impressed by the customer reviews, so she hoped that this repair process would be as painless as it seemed!

We agreed on a time for the next day (Saturday), and I picked Becky’s iPad 2 up from her house, and had it back to her a few hours later looking better than ever. Nothing like being able to enjoy your Saturday and know that your iPad 2 is in good hands.
