We received an online repair form this week from Michael, who had dropped his white iPad 2 earlier in the week at his home in Murfreesboro. He wanted to see what the best day would be to set up a repair appointment — After speaking to him on the phone, he thought it would be easier for him to drop his iPad 2 off with me a few days later while he was in Nashville for errands he had to run.

Michael gave me a call when he arrived in the afternoon, and we schedule a time for him to pick up his iPad 2 the later on that day — He was extremely excited to see the finished product, only because he was worried about the damage he had done to it before (the bottom right corner was extremely bent back and pieces of the glass had already started falling off). No problem for us, I had his iPad 2 glass totally replaced, looking as good as new.
