Elizabeth (a local Dentist in Nashville) called us last Friday night sounding a bit distraught, stressed, upset, nervous, annoyed, etc….Her daughter had just knocked her brand new iPad 2 off of a table, breaking the glass at the bottom of the screen. According to Elizabeth, “she cried, I cried, we all cried.” After talking her through the repair process and assuring her of our track record — She agreed that getting her iPad 2 glass repaired through us was the best thing for everyone involved!

I was able to meet Elizabeth at her house the next evening to pick her iPad 2 up…And had it returned to her husband the next day looking better than she thought it would.
