Shannon had recently dropped his iPhone 4, shattering the front glass and making it difficult to use. He went ahead and activated his old iPhone 3GS because he was too busy with work to research a repair service or make it to the Apple Store. It wasn’t until he saw one of our vehicle advertisements driving down Vanderbilt’s campus that he decided to go ahead and call us. Shannon let me know that he’d be able to drop his broken iPhone 4 off to me, and that he’d run some errands while he waited for it to be fixed.

I had Shannon’s iPhone 4 screen replaced before he even had time to wash his car…And he was so impressed that after receiving his newly repaired iPhone 4, he sent me a text letting me know that he had gone ahead and dropped some of our business cards off at a few local establishments. What a great customer! Thanks for the support, Shannon!!
