Regina gave us a call last week, quite distraught over her freshly broken iPhone 4 screen. She was in a rush at work and knocked the iPhone 4 right off of her desk, shattering the front glass and making it nearly impossible to use. She said she didn’t live in Nashville, but luckily would be downtown the next day for a work conference. Lucky for Regina, I was able to meet her the next day — I called upon arrival, she snuck out to hand off the iPhone 4, and I went ahead and repaired it in 30 minutes.

Regina couldn’t have been happier with not only the simplicity of the appointment, but how quickly and pain-free having her iPhone 4 screen fixed was.
