What do you replace when you fix my broken glass?
We replace the entire front glass with brand new glass (the exact same glass that you have now). Can you jailbreak my iPod?
Depending on your software version, we can point you in the right direction. Is this an original Apple part?
All of our parts are OEM, directly from the manufacturer. The LCD/glass that we install is the EXACT same one that comes out of your iPod. Will I lose any data or have to restore?
There is an extremely small chance that you would lose data from your iPod, but it's a good idea to back up your iPod anyway.
