Shen is a student at the University of Virginia, and he dropped his 13-inch Macbook Pro last week while carrying it. The drop put a pretty sizable dent in the top right of the screen and it cracked the outer glass. He was really afraid that he would have to get a whole new top part of his computer, which would have been at least $1,000 at the Apple Store. Shen sent us his Repair Form with a couple pictures attached, and we knew right away that we could bend his frame back and save him a ton of money.
We emailed him his UPS label and the nearest location to his school. He shipped out his Macbook Pro that afternoon, and in a few days he had it back in his hands, and it looked (nearly) brand new!
