Jason initiated a chat with us using the chat feature on our website last week. His student had cracked the screen on his Macbook so Jason researched our company for him and set up the repair. He loved how the two-day shipping was included with the repair and that he didn’t have to pay anything extra. So Jason filled out the Ship-In Repair Form and the process got underway.
We emailed Jason the UPS label and he got it shipped out that afternoon. We receive it two days later, fixed his broken Macbook screen, and sent it back two-day air back to him. It really can’t get any easier!
