Lee gave us a call last week about his daughter’s Macbook Pro. Someone had stepped on it and damaged not only the screen but the frame surrounding the screen as well. The computer wasn’t closing properly, and he was worried that something else was broken. We explained that we would do best to figure out what was wrong with it, but that filling out a Repair Form would be the best way for us to get his important information.
Five minutes later, we received a Repair Form from Lee with some pictures attached. We were confident after seeing the pictures that we could help him out and that it wouldn’t cost anything extra.
We emailed him his Two-Day Air label and he sent out his Macbook Pro that day.We received it, did a little metal work to get the frame back in working order, and replaced the screen. It looked great!
