It’s been six months – I think it’s time I get it repaired.

Nakisha, who was the victim of a cracked LCD screen just one week after buying her Macbook, had been using her computer with only being able to see half of the screen. Aravind works in New York City and he heard about our Macbook LCD replacements from one of his friends that us a few months ago. He had cracked the screen on his 13-inch white Macbook a few days ago, and needs it to be repaired so he can do work at home. He asked around his circle of friends and was given our website and 888 number. He called us up and scheduled the repair for today.

We are based out of Philadelphia but we come up to New York City at the drop of a hat, so he only had to wait a day to get his repair done. A word of advice to anyone in New York City (or anywhere else for that matter): if you know you want your repair for a certain day, call us or email us in advance to make sure that we can fit you in. 99% of the time we can, but it helps with a few days in advance.

So anyway, back to the story. We met Aravind at the Starbucks on the main floor of his office building during his lunch break. We did the repair in about 15 minutes because not only did Aravind only have a half an hour for lunch, but the bus was leaving in 45 minutes! Long story short, Aravind got his Macbook repaired and we made the bus back to Philly!

We’ve now replaced the glass on a Macbook from Idaho!

Karen emailed us from WAY outside of our service area in Sun Valley, Idaho. She had broken the glass on her 13-inch Macbook Unibody a few months ago and it had become unbearable to use anymore. The glass was falling all over the keyboard and she had even cut her fingers while trying to clean it! We explained that two-way overnight shipping is included in the cost of the repair, so she only had to pay $299 to replace the glass on her Macbook.

We emailed her an overnight label and she took her Macbook to FedEx and used the prepaid label to overnight it to us. We received it the next day, repaired her computer in an hour or so, and had it shipped back overnight too! She was super thrilled with the service, especially that it was out of her hands for only one and a half days!

Amanda lives and works in Korea, but was home for a week in Philadelphia to move out of her old apartment.
