Help! Macbook Repair Needed in Los Angeles!

Berto gave us a ring today saying that his girlfriend had shattered her Macbook screen. The computer was working fine but the screen was so damaged that they could barely make out the images on the desktop. Together, they went on to his computer and started searching for alternatives to having Apple repair the screen for them – they knew that route would cost them a fortune. Luckily for Berto and his girlfriend they found a service that offered same-day service and would come to them to repair the broken Macbook screen. Los Angeles has many companies that can do this but they felt real comfortable with our easy to navigate website and super friendly customer service (that’s me!).

The called us and were able to schedule an appointment with us the very next day. We arrived at Berto’s house and had his girlfriend’s screen fixed in less than 40 minutes. We mentioned to him that if he had any friends or family members that had broken laptop screens, cracked iPhone screens, or any Mac product that has a screen we would be very happy if he would recommended us to them. He said to was so relieved with our service that he’d be telling everybody about us. Thanks, Berto!

Carolyn emailed us from State College, PA two days ago about her cracked screen on her 13-inch white Macbook. She wanted to do the Ship-In Program, and wanted to know how it worked. We informed her that we would email her a label and she would take the Macbook to FedEx to ship it to us. Because she was at work, her husband took the Macbook and the label and got it sent out.

We received it the next day, repaired the screen, and had it back to her a day later. Two days in all, Carolyn was extremely pleased!

George emailed us from the Windy City where he needed to get his Macbook’s broken lcd fixed as soon as possible. We informed him that our Ship-In Program has slightly changed. Instead of shipping George a laptop box, we emailed George an overnight label and he took the computer to FedEx himself. He bought a $10 laptop box (which we deducted from the price of the repair). This way, the whole process only takes 2 days as opposed to 3.

George sent us his Macbook on Wednesday, we received it Thursday, and he had it back to him on Friday. Quick, easy, painless.

If you called us at 11pm at night on a Sunday, receiving your Ship-In box on Monday morning would be impossible…

Shyne called up our San Diego branch on Sunday night about the cracked screen on her 13-inch white Macbook. Why she called San Diego when she lives in Eureka, MO, we don’t know, but Mike in San Diego told her to call up our Shipping line at 888-420-9996. She did, and I had the pleasure of speaking with her at around 11pm about getting her Ship-In going. We informed her that we would overnight her a box, she would get it on Tuesday, we’d have her computer to fix on Wednesday, and she’d have it back on Thursday.

After we shipped out her box on Monday, she called us and told us that she hadn’t received her box yet. Not realizing that we spoke last night at 11pm (on a Sunday), she didn’t realize that FedEx shipping is only SO fast! She had a good laugh about it.

She got her Macbook back on Thursday and was so happy to be able to use it again!

Philippe gave us a call last week about his son’s friend’s 13-inch Macbook Pro. Apparently, his son had cracked the glass accidentally and now Philippe was stuck with the bill. Being that he live in the middle of nowhere North Carolina, he didn’t really have any local and affordable options for getting the computer fixed cheap and fast. Luckily, he found us online and gave us a call. We explained the Ship-In process, and we overnighted him a laptop box.

He overnighted us his son’s friend’s Macbook Pro, and we received it the next day and had the Macbook Pro back to them the following day. Not exactly the same happy feeling we usually have helping someone out, but at least we saved Philippe some money!
