Rae-Ann saw our Septa train ad at Temple University within a week of her cracked the LCD on her white 13-inch Macbook. The crack wasn’t really that bad but she knew from everyone’s stories online that it would get worse. She didn’t want to take the chance that she wouldn’t be able to use her Macbook some day, so she researched us, read the Repair Blog, and decided to give us a call tonight.

We met her in about 45 minutes at her apartment in Clifton Heights, and while watching Family Guy we replaced her damaged LCD. The crack was barely noticeable, but it definitely would have gotten worse. Better safe than sorry!
