While repairing Karin’s Macbook, we received a call from Leslie in Harrisburg, PA who had a 15-inch 2.2 Ghz Macbook Pro that has been broken for a couple of months. Her daughters (who go to college in Philadelphia) told her about us, and she gave us a call. We explained that Harrisburg is outside of our service area, so the repair would be an additional $50 for gas, tolls, and time. She was up for the repair, so we agreed to meet later today.

40 minutes after meeting her at Starbucks, her Macbook Pro was as good as new and she couldn’t have been happier. Another job well done for CrackedMacScreen.com!

We received a call from Karin a couple of weeks ago about her daughter’s broken Macbook screen. She was very interested in the repair, but wasn’t ready yet. She then called us when our Philadelphia branch was closed for a week, so our Detroit Tech told her to email us and we would be able to schedule the repair when we were open once again.

Once getting the email, we scheduled the repair for today in Melrose Park. Her daughter had broken her screen and got a new computer. And they actually have another Macbook with a broken screen that they will be getting fixed in the next week or two! Hopefully they’ll be careful when they are fixed.

Nothing like a new Macbook screen and a bratwurst…

Taylor, from Santa Barbara, got in touch with us a couple of weeks ago. He had seen our Los Angeles ad of on Craigslist and was curious if we’d be able to make it up to Santa Barbara to repair his broken Macbook screen.  After several emails, instead of heading all the way up to Santa Barbara, we were able to arrange a date when his father would be in LA and could meet with us. As luck would have it, we met Taylor’s father at one of the finest Exotic Grilled Sausage restaurants on the West coast – WurstKuche (www.wurstkucherestaurant.com). We repaired Taylor’s Macbook screen in less than thirty minutes and had plenty of time to enjoy a Mango Jalapeno and a Smoked Apple Sage bratwurst. If you’re in LA, in need of a computer screen repair and can’t make up your mind about where would be a good place to meet…we know a great spot!

Stacy gave us a ring last night, delighted she found a service that wouldn’t charge her a fortune as well as one that wouldn’t require her to ship her broken Macbook away for a week.  We were able to arrange a time to travel up to Rancho Penasquitos and do the repair at her house. Upon arriving, we were greeted by two enormous dogs. It was not surprising to learn that these boys played a role in cracking Stacy’s Macbook.

In a little over a half an hour, we were able to repair Stacy’s Macbook screen. She was thrilled at the convenience and cost of our service and wanted to show her appreciation. We left her house with two big bags of holiday cookies that we were able to share with the rest of Repair Team. They were a family recipe and absolutely delicious! Thanks Stacy!

The King of Prussia Apple Store loves us…

We got a call from Krista who was currently at the King of Prussia Mall. She had just visited the Apple Store, and they referred her to us because she couldn’t afford what they estimated as the cost of the repair. She was really mad because her computer is her pride and joy and she needed it while she was attending college in the area.

We agreed to meet at a local Starbucks and got her Macbook back in action in 30 minutes. All over a cup of coffee.
