If you can temporarily fix your by literally pushing it in, it’s probably cracked…
We got a call tonight from Barbara H. at the Community College of Philadelphia. She cracked her white Macbook’s screen 6 months ago. Luckily, it had continued to be usable until two months ago, when the screen became completely consumed in it’s damage. She took it to Best Buy, where they told her that she “should have bought a Sony Vaio”.
She figured that the computer would never be fixed, but she saw one of our flyers on the campus of the Community College of Philadelphia today. We came into center city at 6pm, and her Macbook was good as new by 6:30pm.

Philadelphia Police officers break their Macbooks too…
- Philadelphia, PA -
- Drexel University -
We got a call from George M. at Drexel University yesterday. One of his daughter’s friends had broken his daughter’s white Macbook. He ended up buying her a new Macbook two months ago. Enter yesterday, where he was doing rounds at Drexel University, being that he is a Drexel University Police officer. He saw our flyer, called us up, and we scheduled the repair for this morning.
One of our repair techs met him at Drexel’s campus, fixed his daughter’s Macbook in 30 minutes, and this computer that for all intents and purposes was dead, was brought back to life.

Sometimes Macbook cases don’t protect Macbooks…
- Philadelphia, PA -
- Temple University -
We received a call from Jasmine M. at Temple University about a month ago. She had her Macbook in a bag with a book on top of it. She dropped the bag and the book cracked her screen. She told us that she definitely wanted to get her Macbook repaired, but she didn’t have the money. We told her to call us back when she was ready.
She called us back this morning and left the longest voicemail in the history of CrackedMacScreen.com. It started off as a voicemail, but turned into a rant about how she “can’t take it anymore!” We called her back, zipped over to Temple, and had her computer repaired in 30 minutes. We definitely turned her frown upsidedown.

We always appreciate a good referral…
- Ann Arbor, MI -
- University of Michigan -
Chad sent us an email after his mother saw our website. He then called and set up an appointment. We met him at his house, and repaired his cracked Macbook in about an hour. His screen had been out of commission a few months, and he was extremely happy to finally have it back. He was so excited, he said he would tell people about how great our company was and would refer whoever he could.

Backpacks are supposed to protect Macbooks…
- Philadelphia, PA -
- Saint Joseph University -
We got a call from Matt P. from Saint Joseph’s University last week. He had seen our flyer on Saint Joseph University’s campus and he wanted to know how much it would be to repair the screen on his white 13-inch Macbook. We explained the service and told him it would be $299. He was incredibly happy about the price but also about our warranty that protects against repeat breakage (If you break your Macbook again, it’s $100 to fix). He had stepped on his Macbook while it was in his backpack, so there’s a pretty good chance he might do it again.
We scheduled a repair for later that week, but he had to go home for his Fall break. We rescheduled for today.
A member of our repair team met him at his apartment on Saint Joe’s campus, did the repair in 30 minutes, and he was good to go!
