Once upon a time, there was an Aztec with a cracked Macbook screen…

Sarah, a junior at SDSU, called to inquire about our Macbook screen repair service. After speaking with a member of our Repair Team, she said she would like to take a quick look at our website. Within ten minutes of hanging up, Sarah called us right back asking where we could meet. On a cold, rainy, depressing Saturday in late September (Brrrr!!!) , Sarah met with a member of our team inside Love Library. Forty-five minutes later, she walked away with a fixed MacBook.
When asked what had happened to her broken MacBook laptop, Sarah reluctantly admitted she made the mistake of leaving her laptop on her clothing-covered floor. One wrong step after coming home from a bite to eat and…we’ll let you fill in the rest.

Even though empty water bottles weigh next to nothing, they can still break your screen while flying through the air….
- Voorhees, NJ -
Rachel saw one of our ads on Craigslist for same-day Macbook screen repair. Her white 13-inch Macbook had been broken for a month because she, being a high-school student, couldn’t afford the $800 cost of getting it repaired outside of her warranty or buying a new one. She showed our ad to her dad and he gave us a call.
We explained our service and scheduled a repair for today at 3pm. A member of the Repair Team met Rachel and her dad at their house at 2:45pm and was done by 3:15pm. Rachel then grabbed the Macbook and proceeded to do work, aka start a video chat with her friend. Problem solved.

Even people in your own band might break your Macbook’s screen…
- Philadelphia, PA -
- South Philly -
Arik D. called us yesterday from South Philadelphia. Apparently Arik is in a band and one of his roommates/bandmates had Arik’s 13-inch white Macbook underneath him while asleep on a couch. He then rolled over on top of Arik’s Macbook, obviously breaking the screen. Arik and his band had just moved to Philadelphia from Florida, so this is no way to start out a relationship with the City of Brotherly Love.
Arik scheduled the repair for today at 11am. We replaced his screen by 11:25am and he was rocking out with his band by 12pm. Rock on Arik, rock on.

“You guys need to open up a branch in New York City”…
- Roebling, NJ via New York City -
- Florence Township Public Library -
We received a call from Wyatt G. from New York City last week. His college roommate had tossed him the remote to change the channel so they could watch some football, but unfortunately for Wyatt, his roommate doesn’t exactly have the arm of Tom Brady. The remote hit his 15-inch 2.4 Ghz Macbook Pro square in the center of the screen.
After a week of scouring the Internet for a local service (or at least one that didn’t seem “shady” as Wyatt put it), he stumbled upon CrackedMacScreen.com. Even though the branch he called is based out of Philadelphia, driving as close as he could would still save him hundreds of dollars over the big guys.
We met him an hour closer to New York City in Roebling, NJ. We replaced his damaged screen in 40 minutes and he was driving back to New York within the hour.

There was an earthquake, Mom. Didn’t you feel it?…

John, a resident of La Jolla and student at Mesa College, was doing the right thing. After hours and hours of work on a research paper, he decided he needed a break. Upon getting up from the desk in his apartment he bumped into the shelf just next to where he was sitting. Sure enough, a heavy textbook came crashing down right onto his closed MacBook. When he opened it, he was not happy with what he saw.
Fortunately, he had heard of our service from a close friend. He called the next morning from school and arranged a time to meet later that afternoon with a member of our Repair Team. We met John at his apartment and got his computer fixed in no time.
