No matter how broken it is, it’s the same price…

We received a phone call from Chris T. at La Salle University. He has a white 13-inch Macbook that he broke by “slamming the screen down in frustration”. Be careful everyone. Shutting your screen, like partying, can be disastrous if you do it to hard.

A member of our Repair Team met Chris at his apartment near La Salle’s campus and we accessed the damage. He was very worried that his screen would be more expensive to repair because in his words “It’s really busted.” We assured him on the phone as well as in person, no matter how broken your screen is, it’s the same low price.

We showed him his new screen, installed it in 35 minutes, and he couldn’t have been happier. He was equally happy that he didn’t have to pay more for a “really broken screen”.

Kelley saw one of our ads on Facebook, and was extremely interested in having her 2.4 ghz Macbook Pro’s screen replaced. Not only does she use the computer a lot, but her kids do as well. She lives in Ocean City, NJ, but was willing to meet us in Philadelphia. Normally we come to you, but in her case, she was going to be in Philadelphia anyway.

She had a dentist’s appointment in Center City, so she met us at the Starbucks on Walnut and 16th and dropped of her Macbook Pro. She went to her dentist’s appointment, came back in about an hour and a half, and her Macbook Pro (and the cavity in her tooth) were good as new.

She was so pleased that she sent us this very nice testimonial:

Unfortunately for this blog post, we forgot to take an “after” picture of her Macbook Pro because she was so excited. But from the testimonial, obviously she was pleased. Lesson learned!
